He’s currently ranked as the worlds number one Badminton playing after dominating year. He’s in good form and in good shape ahead of this year’s YONEX All England and we’d be absolutely shocked if you didn’t see Axelson in the later stages of the competition.

Lee Chong Wei

The current defending YONEX All England champion returns to Birmingham this year to show the world why he’s the best on the court. The Malaysian master is eyeing that world number 1 spot too, so successfully defending his title will certainly help him on his way.

Lin Dan

What a career Lin Dan has had in badminton and it’s not over yet. The 34-year-old has claimed the prestigious title six times and his eager to add a seventh to his collection. Lin Dan has never been defeated in a YONEX All England final, so if he makes it into the final two, you can bet your bottom dollar he’s bringing the title back to China.

Chen Long

Long has tasted the glory of a YONEX All England title win for two years and has slipped into fourth in the world rankings. You’d be daft to write this chap off, his style is mesmerising, his talent is natural and his fight is like no other. Chen Long is a serious contender at this year’s champs!

Kidambi Srikanth

The world number three would be only the second Indian player to win the YONEX All England title in almost forty years and with an impressive style and a decent run of form, Kidambi could break his nations duck at this year’s championships.
