We’ve gone completely cashless across all our food & drink outlets – giving you guys a better (and much speedier) experience when you’re at Utilita Arena Birmingham. This means no cash will be accepted when purchasing your food or drink on the night.
This is a move we’ve made with you lovely lot in mind, we want to make things as smooth and easy as possible for you from the moment you step inside our venue. Whether your grabbing a quick burger or buying some drinks for your pals, we want to make this as quick as possible, meaning less time in the queue and more time watching the show!

WHAT DO WE MEAN WHEN WE SAY ‘CASHLESS’?
Well, cashless means exactly that – zero cash – you’ll only be able to pay by card or contactless rather than notes and coins when at our kiosks.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
We’re asking you lovely lot to ditch the dosh and bring only bank cards and/or contactless devices when you head to our place. This’ll means a speedier service when it’s your turn to get the round in.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES WHEN PAYING ON CARD AT YOUR FOOD & DRINK KIOSKS?
Absolutely not, you can tap as much as you want without the worry of any additional charges.
WHAT ABOUT PARKING AND MERCHANDISE?
Good news - you can still pay by cash on all merchandise stands and on the parking machines outside of the venue!
